Jdawn 0.28 public release

Jdawn is an advanced system to graphically build and schedule filtering apps for internet sites.

After a year of more or less private development, we just released version 0.28 publicly.

At the moment the project counts approximately 24.000 lines of C++ code. Jdawn uses a plug-in architecture for components that a user can graphically connect. Everyone is invited to submit such components, so we can add them to the public library.
