#1 Some dialog options do nothing

I tried Jdawn and found that a large number of dialog
options does not seem to do anything. They are:

Generate extended messages
Display ad when found (?)
Delete temporary downloads when done
Use smart refresh
Halt on HTML errors

And probably some others that I can't recall right now.

True. They indeed do not do a thing :-) They are simply
remains from earlier versions and I have been too lazy to
remove them. Some of them worked once, but broke when I
updated some other parts of the code.

Remember current Jdawn releases are not fully cleaned up
user releases, but just WIP versions. I actually wanted to do
a fully polished first release, but since it seemed to take
forever to reach that status, we decided to release early.

The 'Display ad when found' is a leftover from the prototype
Adscan application that Jdawn is based on (see the project
homepage). I had actually forgotten that it was still there.
Expect it to be removed by the next release.
