[Jdatestamp-users] Binary zip for windows won't extract

I downloaded the jdatestamp1.1 binary zip file for windows 3 times from
different download sites and was not able to get them to extract in WinZip
or StuffIt.  Both compression programs said that the .zip file was not a
valid archive.

Please advise.
