Are you running this on Vista?
The path looks wrong to me though.
I would have expected something like
"C:\Program Files\JDash\configure.bat"
Note, the "J" in "JDash". I'm not sure if thats actually the problem. though.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
everytime i double click on the setup file it runs great till it goes to install then i get an error message saying
java.io.FileNotFoundException: C:\Program Files\Dash\configure.bat (Access is denied)
and then the install fails any ideas on why this is happening?
