[Jcrbrowser-developers] JCR Browser not working with Eclipse

I followed the instructions given in the ReadMeFirst file. I copied the
contents of the plugin folder into my Eclipse folder, and restarted Eclipse.
The JCR Browser plugin hadn't loaded. There was no perspective nor was it
present under Windows -> Preferences.

I tried the Browser version 0.9.0 and 0.9.1 with both Eclipse 3.1 and 3.2.
None of the combinations worked.

Is there any step I am missing?
