There are minimal differences. I use the m2eclipse plugin for Eclipse so the project is Maven2 based and the project's libraries will be identical. I also use the same Jackrabbit configuration file. The repository contains the same test data from my JUnit test suite so content is the same. The repository is also in the same location on the same drive letter.
