k-OPT local searches (for TSP), preferably fast 3-OPT (c sorce in http://iridia.ulb.ac.be/~mdorigo/ACO/downloads/ACOTSP.V1.0.tar.gz\)
maybe it should be implemented as a standard algorithm and the local search usage is already possible in JCOP?
