The grouping of actions in the menu (and as such, in
the toolbar) could be improved.
A very common (while not automaticaly very good)
grouping for the menubar is the following:

File | Edit | View | Tools | Help

I'd group the actions under those points somewhat like
this:

File
- Open Location...
- Open Directory URL...

  • Show system context menu

  • Execute command...
  • Open Command Prompt

  • Compute Directory Size
  • Compute All Directorys Sizes

  • Exit

Edit
- Select all
- Select none
- Invert Selection

  • Create directory
  • Copy
  • Duplicate
  • Move
  • Rename

  • Cut to clipboard
  • Copy to clipboard
  • Paste from clipboard
  • Copy names to clipboard

View
- New Tab
- Duplicate Tab
- Close Tab

  • Increase text size
  • Decreate text size
  • Default text size

  • Toogle directory tree
  • Show history

Tools and Help can be left as they are, at least if not
mentioned elswhere.

I'm not shure where File viewer, editor and diff tools
should be placed. As they are an operation on a
selected file, they should be either in the Edit menu
or in the file menu.
