#107 mp3 and ogg playing support

Integrated music playing would be a nice addition to
JCommander. It would also demonstrate its extensibility
with generic Eclipse plug-ins. I have not managed to
find a suitable Eclipse plugin for that.

The plugin should have the layout of SweatAmp:
http://www.inzyme.com/sweatamp/index.html and use the
JavaLayer library from http://www.javazoom.net/.

The plugin should be by default available as a fast
view, optionally with an always on top ticker like Winamp.
