JCommander currently relies on the Keepresident plugin for the win32 platform. In the future there might be dependencies on other 3rd party plugins (such as presentation plugins).
I have set up a repository path (plugins-3rd_party) which contains the binary versions of these plugins which you should install in your local Eclipse plugins folder.
In the future these plugins should be put in a separate update site where each new developer could connect and download the third party plugins required by JCommander instead of manually copying them.
