JCivED 0.0.10a is here!

Hi everyone,

A quick post to mention that JCivED 0.0.10a is released.

What's changed from v0.0.9a:
- the biggest difference is the possibility to edit Civ FONTS.CV
- also, all the latest discoveries in SVE file format are integrated (including the long awaited City Names, that wasn't available so far, for some reason...)
- on a side note, the support for PIC image files has been fixed so that it also properly supports files from Darklands, most notably

For the short story: I wanted to wait for a major feature to be implemented before releasing 0.0.10a, namely the "land value" algorithm... However, its inner workings are still a mystery to me, and I am afraid I will not be able to put more work on JCivED for quite some time, so I decided to deliver the up-to-date development version...
