JCHR version 1.5.1

The K.U.Leuven JCHR System has released version 1.5.1, which has advanced a lot since the 1.3.3 release this side project is based on. Even though this SF.net project has some features not included in the main project, we recommend to check out the main site as well: http://www.cs.kuleuven.be/~petervw/JCHR/
