#1 Preferences Window

Any suggestions to how the preferences window should look can
be written in this forum.

My first idea for the preferences window is a split pane consisting
of a tree on the left side which shows a pane on the right side
whenever a node is clicked.

Individual Items that the user might want to change is:
1. The default font
2. The fixed font
3. For the IRC version have a way to set each color code's color
value
4. Possibly a way to change the look and feel and/or a theme
5. Quit message
6. Channel part message
7. Execution of commands when logged in to a server

If anyone else can come up with more ideas please enter them in
this forum.
