[Jchassis-devel] JChassis progress update

Hi all,

Now things have settled down with my parents no longer staying and
me settling into my new job (s.s...@qu... is a quick
way of contacting me during a work day), I can get back
to the good stuff ...

Draft 1 of the designs for the following JChassis services have
been finalised:

  * the command line parser service
  * the resource location service
  * the metadata service
