[Jchassis-devel] new developer and status pages

Hi Guys,

I've added some developer information context to the web site.

Also, there is a status page now:

The text-to-HTML conversion isn't working very well yet. Apologies
for any conversion anomolies. I looking at using Lyx to write
everything docbook format, and then convert to HTML, but it isn't 
really that straightforward.

After this weekend, I will be posting only to the jchassis-devel
mailing list, so please add yourself to the project lists if you
haven't already. I won't be CCing directly to you after this weekend.
