Are you using the Alpha release? Dual Y axis has been implemented there.
Look at
krysalis-jcharts\src\java\org\krysalis\jcharts\test\DualAxisComboTestDriver.
java for an example of use.

Hi,
 
I am working with Line Charts and was wondering if I could plot lines
according to 2 different Y-axis Scales. (One on the left and one on the
right.) and how would i do that.
