[jCharts-users] Rtating X -Axis label 90 degress

Hello, 
  is there a way to, in a bar graph to rotate the labels for the X axis so
that 
the labels are releative to their values? ie


  _   _   _
 | | | | | |
 | | | | | |
_|_|_|_|_|_|_  
  1   2   3
  0   0   0
  0   0   0
  0   0   0

instead of:

  _   _   _
 | | | | | |
 | | | | | |
_|_|_|_|_|_|_
  1000 2000 3000

as you can see the labels don't correspond to the correct values this way.
