hi Raketla,
jCharts requires atleast JDK 1.3.1 and JDK 1.4.
Hence jCharts can be used on all platforms that have these JDKs' support. It
runs well on all the platforms you have mentioned.
jCharts can be made to run on pretty much most application servers.
jCharts does not have the first 4 features that you have mentioned.
