[jCharts-users] jCharts 0.7.4 has been released!

In porting the User Guide over to using Forrest, I have found a couple minor bugs which are
significant enough in my opinion to warrant another patch release to the 0.7.0 tree.


# Fixed Bug: The Y-Axis Title was not centering itself vertically on the y-axis.
# Fixed Bug: multi-line chart title not computing its height correctly.
