[jCharts-users] Chart display error

I deployed the example jar (jChartsServletExamples.war) in Tomcat 5.5.
I see the options on the index.html page.
I don't see any charts when I select them.  I tried it with and without
headless=3Dtrue set
in the tomcat java options. =20
When I selected the jsp option I get the following exception

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: javax/servlet/ServletOutputStream
root cause
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/servlet/ServletOutputStream
