#69 Grid Stroke

It could be nice if Jchart2D supports:

1. "Allow to set major grid Stroke"
2. "Allow to set minor grid Stroke"

In some chart, we need to specify thickness and style (dashed, dotted,...) of major
and minor strokes. Find attached image as an example

Finally this is in git HEAD.

For a working example have a look at info.monitorenter.gui.chart.demos.AdvancedStaticChart.

Also label spacing has become tighter now.
