#51 Allow each Axis to have own color

This might exist currently but I can't find it. It would be nice to allow each YAxis to have its own color (i.e. to match the corresponding plotline color). Currently I can only set the charts forground color that changes all axes colors.

Hi Ryan,
personally I judge this feature not as important as I understand this as some kind of optional cosmetics. I'd offer anyone to implement this and send a patch to this feature. If someone does, please keep in mind to also handle the property change implementations to have the chart repaint itself if the setting is changed.
