after installing WebCalendar 1.2.7, I am a) not able to create entries in the calendar (I login as admin), and b) when I invoke http://localhost/webcalendar-1.2.7/admin.php, all of the tabs except 'Preferences' are disabled. My question: How can I solve those issues?

Problem solved, after setting chmod 777 for all directories. This is only a local installation (XAMPP on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS), so there are no grave security issues. Is there an overview somewhere on how to chmod the different directories & files?
