[Jcframework-info] Extra aggregate criteria

Hi,

I've just added the "count()" aggregate criteria to the 
AtomsFramework.  I'm was going to add FIRST, LAST, etc but not all 
databases support them, so I've left them out at this stage.

If you have a specific need for them, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
