I get a version of the AtomsFramework called 2.1. I have to search the version 2.2 e get this?

  2.1 was never an official release, it was just used in CVS versioning.
  
  2.2 Release Candidate 1 is the current release of the system and can be downloaded by selecting the files link at the top of the page.
