#8 Pause/Resume features

Please add the ability to pause and resume a project by right-clicking the desired project and selecting "Pause Project" or "Resume Project" from the menu. The Resume menu-item would be either disabled or hidden unless the project was currently paused, in which case the Pause menu-item would be disabled.
