#13 Hover Tool-Tip for Tray Icon

I would like to be able to hover my cursor over the tray icon for jcctray and have a small text balloon come up that gives a little more info depending on status. Either all, builds ok for green status, or list the builds that are currently building or broken if the status is one of those two.
