from 1.2 because bug

A bug within the JcapiMessage field
"ALERT_CONF_FIELDS" ("PCLI" instead of "PLCI") was
fixed (see next point).

- Second: no declaration of (e.g)
public static final java.lang.String NAME_B_PROTOCOL

in JcapiMessage.class ok, but not in Source.
