#509 Bootstrapping JBoss inside JUnit

Basically I'm trying to create a MBeanServer inside a
JUnit test, so I can test stuff as if I'm inside the
JBoss container.

Instead of bringing Cactus to JBoss, I'm trying to
bring JBoss to JUnit.

It seems I'm having some issues with classloading.
Scott Stark offered to look at it, so that's why I'm
uploading this.
