#267 CMP mapping NULL columns to primitives

If a column in the database is mapped to a CMP field
that cannot be set to this value, the error didn't give
much help for pinpointing the error. I got this problem
with NULL columns that were mapped to ints and
booleans.

This patch prints a more helpful message on the error
log: "Failed to set CMP field public int foo to null" etc.

This is related to bug #504246.
