If the persistence-manager class supplied in jboss.xml
or standardjboss.xml doesn't implement the correct
interface (EntityPersistenceManager for BMP beans and
EntityPersistenceStore for CMP beans), a
ClassCastException was thrown. This patch gives a
friendlier message and throws a DeploymentException
instead.
