hi,

i have posted a two-line solution for a really dirty thing. could someone of the committers merge it with the codebase. i dont know where to send this to. (possibly the task in jira is unseen beacuse it is a sub-task of a bug already closed - i dont know jira enough)

we have tested the solution it seems to work. the bug can be reproduced in the same way as cmp2/passivation test case - it is the same bug, but only bmp.
