I'm seeing problems trying to use the MyFaces extensions filter too. I have just posted a response to another thread about this (http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&p=3877199#3877199).

Basically we are trying to upload files using MyFaces but running into issues with the filter. For us it is not getting executed at all!
