Yes, nillable=false does not make sense at all as it is the default. Only the presence of nillable=true in the element will introduce the wrapper types like Integer etc. I will update the fixture when I am ready to putback my latest changes (includes refactoring, migration to Xerces Schema Object Model and seperation of concerns).
