Why not just include the hibernate dependencies in the jbmail distro?  Then we can make this easy.  BTW, I'm dumping cheese for izpack (TODO).

I tried that (bundling the commons-collections.jar in the mail.ear file), but it didn't seem to work.  It would still throw a NoClassDefFoundError (albeit on a different class).  It try it again and see if I can work out.
