hmm, you must have an older version of the index.jsp 

Perhaps something in the deploy cache ? 

You are correct: the PageHolder has moved recently, but all files have been corrected to reflect that change.

I have done a clean checkout to an empty catalog (at least I thought so)
Size of my index.jsp is 16837 bytes, dated 2005.04.26, 21.01
(decoration.jsp in same catalog has date 2005.04.21)
