#97 New EJB-Adaptor and EJB-Connector

I added a new EJB-Adaptor and Connector allowing the
client to access a (remote) JMX MBeanServer and
allowing the server administrator to secure the access
to this EJB-Adaptor.
The client using the EJB-Adaptor has to be aware of
how to handle notification transport and that problem
of object copying when transferred over the wire.
The client of the EJB-Connector supports the same
transparent view as the RMI-Connector does and hides
notification transport (RMI and JMS is supported now)
as well as the object copying when transferred over
the wire.
