#75 Can add Conn.Fact.after rar deployed

Fixed an oversight in the ConnectionFactoryLoader so
that ConnectionFactoryLoader mbeans can be added after
the rar used has been deployed. This makes it possible
to add ConnectionFactories at runtime that use an
already deployed rar.
