#32 Allow setting of rmiPort in jnp.props

The rmi port of the jnp naming provider can now be
set via the jnp.properties file rmiPort property.
Note that this could be set, and is overriden by
the NamingService rmiPort attribute in the jboss.jcml
file. The jnp.properties file provides the default
values for the port and rmiPort settings. Both the
port and rmiPort are override by setting the
corresponding attributes of the NamingService in
the jboss.jcml file.
