#244 Use *-ds.xml files in 3.2 for all jca adapters.

The jca adapter deployment in jboss 3.2 has been extended to allow you to deploy any connection factory for a jca 1.0 adapter using a *-ds.xmol file. Please use these files for all adapters to avoid confusion. The configuration of the underlying mbeans has changed.
