#172 Ejbs and containerconfig can use depends

I've added the ability for ejbs and container configs
to depend on other mbeans.

To use, put one or more <depends>[objectname]</depends>
in jboss.xml or standardjboss.xml inside
<container-config> or <entity-bean> (or other bean)

I admit to actually only testing with the
container-config tag.
