#127 row-locking template added for CMP 2.0

The row-locking feature of CMP 2.0, (formerly select-
for-update) can be configured per database type by
defining a <row-locking-template> in the type mapping
of the specific database type. Before this was
hardcoded to the syntax "SELECT ... FOR UPDATE".
