I can drag and drop my eBay items I am watching onto
JBidwatcher and they apprear to display and refresh OK.
However, JBidwatcher says "not logged in" and my bids
and snipes don't appear to work.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

    Greetings,
First of all, you need to put your current eBay username and
password in the appropriate places in the eBay tab of
JBidwatcher's Configuration Manager. (File | Configure, the
two Checkboxes icon, or on Mac OS X 'Cmd-,')

In the upper right corner, does it say 'Not logged in...' or
    does it say (approximately) '{ebay username}@ebay: {time}'?

If it says 'Not logged in...', go to JBidwatchers
Configuration Manager, select the 'eBay' tab, and look at
the Registered Adult checkbox. It should be
    *off*/clear/unchecked. If it's not (i.e. if it's checked),
uncheck it, save the configuration, and maybe restart
JBidwatcher. (You shouldn't have to, but in case some
threads got stuck dealing with the bad data, it might help.)

If that's not the issue, consider if you have a proxy
between you and the Internet. For instance, do you have a
certain HTTPS server you go through? Is that configured in
JBidwatcher's 'Firewall' tab under the Configuration Manager.

Lastly, contact me for a beta of the next version. Please
only do this if the other options have failed, as I really
need to know exactly where this problem is coming from.

If that's doesn't work either, then I'll very much want to
see your log files, so I can try and figure out what the
problem is. Surprisingly many people are having problems
getting JBidwatcher to log in for them, but thousands aren't
having any problem, so I have been unable to track down the
    issue as yet...

Hopefully this set of things to try helps. Please let me
    know how it goes.
