I've downloaded the file, expanded it, there's a folder full of files, but what next? What do I do with it? I tried to add it to the Jbidwatcher file but nothing happened, what do I need to do next? Thanks, Thomas

hello, you don't need to install it, depends on OS you are using:
1. Windows - just download executive file and then double click on it
2. Linux - download jar file and run it using command: java -jar JBidWatcher-1.0.1.jar
