#1157 Still placing a bid when closing bid-popup by ESC!

Sys: W2k, Jbidwatcher 1.0.2

I managed to mistakenly hit "bid" instead of "snipe" from the popup-menu on an item, so i simply (intuitively) hit "esc" to close the popup-window... and the popup closed itself... so far, so good.... but...

... some moments later a message came, telling me about an unknown error during BID!

... but when looking at the auction, I had to realize, that jBidwatcher had successfully placed a valid bid!

Please fix this - it's a DANGEROUS bug!

Suggestion: maybe it would be wise to anyway totally remove the "bid" from the context menu? ... or at least to allow disable it via config.
