In France (and so on eBay France) the decimal separator is ','.
JBidWatcher currently does not accept ',' as a decimal separator for bid price.
If a bid price is entered with cents (ex: 5.50 €), the bid fails as '.' (5.50) is sent instead of '.' (5,50) as expected by the server.

Doesn't seem to be completely correct this way. It is true, that in most European Continental countries as France, Germany etc. the national decimal separator is the comma.
However JBW does snipe on the US site (ebay.com) regardless of localized settings on your computer. And ebay.com definitely expects the dot as decimal separator.
If a snipe fails, you should check whether there are any other errors or issues first —
• Is JBW logged in correctly?
• Are you perhaps outbid? (Check compelted auctions)
• Are there any issues with logins requiring CAPTCHA? (see JBW forums for explanation)
• Is there enough time left to place a bid before auction ending? 30 seconds may be to small if the eBay servers are on heavy load such as Friday or Saturday evening ...
• Does bid on (instead of snipe) work when entering a small (but broken — e.g. 1.23) amount?
