#1150 Wrong Shipping Cost Calculation to Non US Countries

I'm living in Germany and thus mainly are interested in items located there, however sometimes I'm also watching goods from e.g. US or UK.

When I call this items (double clicking on the appropriate row or right click and 'Open in Browser' in JBW) the correct shipping cost is shown. E.g. US$150 for item 270176155640.

However when I add this item to JBW it shows a hipping of US$30 (which seems to be P&P within US, not to Germany).

It's a bit annoying as I've thus got to control every single auction of a multisnipe group for the actual shipping costs; the 'autosubtract shipping' feature is rendered completely useless and even causes more work :((

A possible fix would be to look up the shipping at the site given as 'Browse Target' in the config dialog.
