#1148 On Add Auction, focus set to Okay, not text entry box

When adding an auction using the Add Auction button or from the Auction>Add menu item, the Adding window appears and the focus of the user interface is set to the OKAY button, not to the text box within the Adding window. Since, presumably, the next step after pressing the Add Auction button is to enter the auction number, the focus should be set to the text box.

This is obviously low priority, but likely an easy fix. Email jerryd@hula.net if you need any further description of the concerns.
