#1134 shipping costs not displayed for some items

I can't see what differentiates those that are reported and those that aren't but many items show up with -- in the shipping column even thought the seller has a shipping cost in the auction summary.

I lost my shipping column with 1.02, how do you tun=rn it on again? No way in config!
