#1127 1.0.2 load/update auction broken due to title change

eBay have changed their title format again: they've added "eBay" to the info part of the title.

<auction name> - (eBay item <auction id> end time <date>)

Simple to fix fortunately.

(Do we need to keep have title parsing/matching in two regular expressions?)

Thank you again, Laurence! I threw those two into the jbidwatcher.xml that JBidwatcher uses for updates.

Do a 'Check for updates' and it should pick them up silently.
